Licensed Guides
Our professional staff is dedicated to your every need.
You are fully guided with an exceptional licensed Alaska Fly Fishing Guide during each days adventure. Competent, knowledgeable, friendly and professional guides are the key to our success. Most return year after year and have an in-depth working knowledge of the area and the techniques required to get you into fish – lots of fish!
Normal excursions are two fishermen per guide. All our guests will recieve personal attention. No matter if you are expert or novice, our guides will guarantee you an adventure you will always remember. Your guide is not a competing fisherman. He is your companion and helper when you need him.

Equipment
We furnish all rods, reels, lures and flies for your Alaska Fly Fishing trip. For those that wish to bring their own tackle, we will send you a detailed list of what you’ll need. We suggest you bring Gore-Tex type chest waders. Our fee includes: all meals and lodging at the lodge; fully guided daily fly-out fishing adventures (weather permitting); all liquor, beer, wine and soft drinks; and all fishing tackle. All transportation both directions between King Salmon, Alaska and the lodge is provided. Our trip starts and ends in KIng Salmon, Alaska.
You will never find tired, broken down, or worn out equipment. We value you and your fishing experience much too much to allow for any such shortcoming.
Sufficient airplanes and plenty of boats
Boats: We operate forty river boats. We have boats on fourteen different streams. We also operate six float rafts. Alaska Rainbow Lodge operates two 22 ft inboard jet cabin cruisers – equipped with 6 suspension seats. These boats are used to take our guests from our lodge to the famous flats of the Kvichak.
Airplanes: We own and operate three float-equipped 6-passenger DeHavilland Beaver aircraft. Our on-site mechanic keeps them in tip-top running order.
